The Florida Keys - Final results - Some sleepers

Bob I think would want to crop this to 16:9 or so, to omit much of the boring top 1/2 of the image, and move the horizon off center, drawing more attention to area that has interest. But you know, that guy can be rather nutty (just between you and me).
Actually, that is how I originally had it but changed it to accommodate the available sizes for print. I can get 16x9 but for an additional custom fee. I don't know why you can't get 16x9 as a normal size for printing.

Yes - HDR and stronger colours/contrast. Or I might try B&W and selective colourisation of the chickens :-) If I had another photo of the chickens taken at about the same time in the same location I'd see if I could clone in a couple more chickens into this picture.
When time permits I will use it to try out the tips you gave me and see what happens.

I too like the chickens and rooster on the sidewalk. If you are thinking about redoing this one, as per Yaelle's advice, you should start with your raw file. In the processing you have used for the version shown there is a small amount of halo around the rooster/chicken in the foreground. You should identify for yourself which step introduced the halo and back off enough in that to remove the halo. I love the bridge image you posted elsewhere. Wonderful and a perfect crop! I tried to look at the slide show but it is extremely slow to load on my connection so I may try again at another time when hopefully the traffic is less.

Thanks for pointing that out. I will investigate.
