X-e1 image stabilisation menu option greyed out

I must be missing something.

I only have a couple of the Fuji prime lenses so I don't have an image stabilized lens. Just the same I don't see a menu option titled "image stabilization".

Where is it?

Edit: just looked at the manual and I guess the option is only available when you have an image stabilized lens attached. Guess that's why I can't see the option. :-D

I must be missing something.

I only have a couple of the Fuji prime lenses so I don't have an image stabilized lens. Just the same I don't see a menu option titled "image stabilization".

Where is it?

You probably missed it since you never had any reason to look for it Those with stabilized lenses need to look for the controls - so we know who to blame if not sharp, camera or photographer ;-)

The guy that really missed it is the OP. He forgot to look for the On switch on the lens itself. Bet that face is redder once he reads this.

Heh heh, yeah, I didn't see the switch, well I didn't know what it was for... Just making the leap from compacts, guess that was a bit of a stumble
