I currently own both Oly & Pany lens. I very happy with both brands of M4/3 lens.
I suggest just buying the focal length that meets your needs and go out and work on your technique.
Both brands will probably deliver results that are better then the average photographer can utilize.
If you really want the no compromise "Best" lens then buy a Leica lens. You will probably spend a bit more than your entire M4/3 kit but that's what the "Best" costs.
Generally speaking, the larger the sensor (FF vs M4/3, etc.) the more demanding the lens quality. Very few M4/3 owners are blowing up their images to poster size or larger.
In the real world of small prints and viewing images on a computer monitor do your really "Need" really high quality lens? I don't think so. Don't worry about the equipment, good images are more about knowing how to use the equipment that you have
