Relaxed. This is a free-speed forum and some irritations comes with the territory. However, I do sense that there seems to be some kind of "consorted" effort trying to drive out posters criticizing Pentax. One can only wonder who could be pushing it.

Don't know if it is free-speech because apparently you get banned if you leak too much inconvenient truth about Pentax and annoy others.

Votekick is a bad idea for forums. It sometimes also is a bad idea for games, even if it makes more sense there.

Votekicking is a kind of mobbing. Can e.g. be used to kick out all that comes with unwanted information.

If you dont like Gazooma or what he writes .... you can block his posts for your sight. Or even better ... just ignore it.

BTW ... have you thought about that Gazooma actually have added something to this forum? Without his posts you would not have any Gazooma to hate. Isnt that cute? He is a strong team builder.

Again your correct this forum has never been so pro-Pentax .

It used to be 1 or 2 heavily critical, 1 or 2 rose coloured spectacles the 96% in the middle ground seeing fault and commenting on what they didn't like about Pentax.

Since Gazooma and his ilk have appeared with there completely black attitude they build up has totally changed

IMO

5-10% totally anti all things Pentax (could be less due to obvious clone accounts)
30% maintain and aloofness but rarely speak of Pentax issues
60% now never complain I guess because they see enough from others.

Unfortunately I think its the people looking for information that are deprived I would not advise anyone to visit this forum for a balanced view.

The Middle ground has been consumed by the extremist views.

Oh and I'm not being mightier than thou, I include myself in this, Previously (pre-G_gang) my views were slightly anti Pentax very critical of their R+D and very critical of their market strategies.

Post Gazooma I don't feel I want to discuss my concerns/issues with Pentax in this forum as it will deteriorate into a slanging match very quickly.

Therefore I stick to posting images, Attempting to answer Tech questions, get involved in Tech discussions and try and curb some of the g-gang excesses with some objectivity.

I do believe this forum is close a collapse as a discussion venue most reasoned debaters have left fro pastures new, Many I used to enjoy crossing swords with.
