>>> Challenge #131: Square <<<

GJC41 - I've still got out takes from several challenges still as I haven't tidied up my computer in a while, so if anyone starts up a thread I'd be glad to post some of my shots. I know some of the rest of my family have some shots too.

I often wonder if photos that I rulled out would do better than the shots I entered.

Neil.

the weather here is abyssmal..been raining on and off all week and it's rained all weekend with sometime gusty winds. It's supposed to hang around til Tuesday.........what a pain. I tried a few shots last around midnight as I was suffering from photography withdrawal..my shutter finger was getting twitchy. Don't think I got anything I can use but I havent uploaded them to the computer yet.

Actually what I want to shoot is outside too and I have not had time to do it yet. So I have also taken a few exploritory shots that I have not yet reviewed.

Good Luck

just because you don't like a challenge subject is no reason to boycott it......but to each their own I suppose.

I'm still trying, been trying something new everyday but I just can't come up with something I can like.

I'm sitting in Sweden with my daughter who has developed more tumours in her brain and spine. She has lost her short term memory now just like Drew Barrymore in "50 First Dates" and is due to start a new regime of chemo early next week.

Sweden is beautiful and my first trip out of South Africa for 42 years so everything is fascinating. Fortunately the weather is beautiful and I hope to give myself something else to think about by finding some time to take some good square images. Good luck everyone!

We are so sad to hear that your daughter has has a relapse. We hope the new treatment works well. That was a good idea of yours to take your mind off things for a while by taking some 'square' photos. Best of luck with your daughter and photos. Neil.

I am glad that you were able to get to your daughters side, I am sorry her condition is not improving yet. I have said a prayer for both of you
