I have been reading these forums for a few years now. It has helped me buy my latest camera Fuji F70EXR. I thought i will help others get this great camera for a bargain price. This is what i did to get the camera for £114.90:

1. Buy the camera from jessops for £169. Jessops exlusive version is called F72EXR but is the same camera as the F70EXR.

2. Add CAMERAS8 during checkout which will 8% discount (£13.52).

3. Use quidco to get another 8% discount (£10.58)

4. Get £30 cash back from Fuji.

169 - 13.52 - 10.58 - 30 = £114.90

Hope someone finds this info useful.
 
Are they really exactly the same camera other than the body colour and the model name?

Quidco site seems to claim if you use a discount code which is not one of theirs, you won't get the Quidco cashback?

Quidco site only claiming 4 per cent "cash back", is the discount something different?

I don't know much about Quidco, but when do you get paid your cash back on purchases? And don't they also take an "annual fee" of £5 out of your cash back total - which means if you don't make many purchases your overall saving is therefore reduced?

It was 8% when i ordered. I think they changed it in the last fews days. My quidco account has tracked it correctly as 8%.

Yes you are right but i already paid my £5 membership through cash back on other items.

Just make sure you send the cash back form using recorded delivery. I dont think there would be any problem. I am still waiting for my cash back.

I got mine for the S200, it took 2-3 weeks though it was december

I wish I'd read this before I'd bought my new F72EXR. I don't really know much about Quidco and other discount/ cashback providers.

Mind you, even £139 is a very good price for the camera and, to be honest, I'm more than happy with the purchase. You did well to get an even better offer.
