Enough negatives! Let's post our best K-7 shots for all to see!

These are stunning shots fellow Canuck! The first one is just plain astounding and captures the power of the land-sea scape by use of minimal colours. Both set a mood of loneliness with the inclusion of a human figure. The second one does the same showing the loneliness of the working runner or tri-athlete who trains while others sleep.

Very, very nice work mate! Thanks for posting and I look forward to more of your stuff on this forum. You give your K-7 a good workout too! ;-)

All the best
Leo

I was wondering if you would post some of your wonderful photographic works and you did not disappoint mate! I am not even going to try and comment because these fine captures speak for themselves and my words will only get in the way. You not only are showcasing the qualities of the K-7 here, but also practically every one of Pentax's panoply of super fine lenses. Just excellent stuff.

Warmest regards
Leo

I am just re-looking at the shots that came up on this thread and I have to say that your capture of the blasted plain with the dead silhouette trees is so very stunning! It looks like an illustration from a a book on the earth after a nuclear war or something similar. Excellent composition and the sulpherous colour and the stark black of the trees, make it so very bleak! Well done mate!

All the best Dominique

You are more than welcome my friend! I didn't know you went to Western University in London Ontario. Looks like you have a fine practice there in Ohio! I see a couple of kids on your site and they have big, bright smiles...is that your son and daghter?

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas mate and hopefully this next New Year will be the best one ever for you and yours!

Warmest wishes
Leo

No joking, the k7 sensor is truly one for detail and definitions. The shots all look so HD and 3D...everybodys shots are incredible...

You won't get any argument from me in that regard tiger! I have said and will say again, this is one of Pentax's finest accomplishments so far and the K-x is not too far behind! They have done a wonderful job of engineering in both cases!
Huzzahs for Pentax!!

All the best
Leo
