Great bokeh (samples)

Many people praise/bash lenses based on their 'great' 'poor' bokeh. I say, in most cases, vast majority of people won't be able to tell the 'great' lens from the 'poor'... Moreover, vast majority of people won't even be able to accurately estimate the approximate 'effective' FL (field of view). Obviously, telling the 14mm from 300mm is not very difficult, but I am not sure most people can tell 30mm from 75mm...

So, who wants to play? Below is a selection of images shot with different lenses on different bodies (DX and FX). Can you tell me where you like/dislike the bokeh and what lens/focal length was used to produce the shot. In some cases, there are very fat clues that should serve as dead giveaways...

P.S. I've removed EXIF data from the shots.

This thread confirms what I suspected, in that you won't find agreement on what is great or even good bokeh. Some of the examples IMO have sub par bokeh, but that's what makes it so subjective. I don't post images that often and since I did earlier in the day for the first time in a while, I'll link to that. To me the bokeh is very good in all but the last shot, obviously.

I guess he thought of all the others who have a decent connection and want to enjoy reasonably sized pictures first. Especially here on dpreview I see a lot of warnings about "large images" etc. which always makes me wonder who actually cares. People are used to watching video online, so downloading a few pics should not be a problem for anybody except a few people in remote regions.
