Slikypix beta for windows users:
http://www.isl.co.jp/SILKYPIX/japanese/special/sigma/download/
Someone with windows tried yet?

DP1s announcement that says very little:
http://www.sigma-photo.co.jp/english/news/091002_SIGMA_DP1s.htm

"It is now possible to allocate the QS (Quick Set) function, which has been adopted by the DP2 and SD14 DSLR, to the digital zoom buttons of the DP1s." Does that mean they used the same DP1 layout of buttons? And no info about speed. hmm..

there is an example of what you should fill in the right column ;)
and uncheck the newsletter (i don't speak japanese too) below...

Google translated version seems easy enough, enter email and push button:)

Do you understand how to download the beta? Not being familiar with Japanese the web link in a bit cryptic... Thanks

What kind of settings did you use in the both applciations ?

For my opinion, Silkypix produces a more saturated picture with a strange contrast in the sky, leading to loose a lot of details...

I shall try to install Silkypix this week-end on my netbook, and I shall give also my impressions after...

Have a nice week-end !
