Here are a few shots from my trip to Brussels, Belgium. These 2 are from the Grand Place, which, imho, is a landmark of the world. With building still standing from the 1400s, this place was truly spectacular.

All of these were shot using the Nikon D70s/18-70mm combo. Very easy combo to carry around on a European trip.

[1] The Hotel de Ville (Town Hall) @ Night | 18mm, iso200, f/22, 15s

[2] Grand Place @ Night Panorama | 18mm, iso200, f/22, 25s

[3] L'ange on left and Maison du Duc on right (House of the Dukes) | 27mm, iso200, f/10, 1/160s

[4] Carvings on the side of The Hotel de Ville | 70mm, iso200, f/4.5, 1/80s

[5] Carving in the front entrance of The Hotel de Ville | 40mm, iso200, f/4.5, 1/80s

Nice pictures! What kind of exposure details for the first two pictures? I'm going to Europe myself soon and this is exactly the kind of pictures I would like to bring back.

Hi Mister Leung!
I was in Brussels lately, and enjoyed this town.

Nice pictures. IMHO, the 1 and 2 suffer of some blown highlights. And the 2 shows excessive distorsion on the building on the left side.
But I suppose you couldn't correct it all using the pano software.
Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful. Thanks for sharing, Robert.

Nice capture of this amazing plaza. I've tried to capture the feel of this a number of times but was never satisfied nor as close as what you've done. I also never considered doing a night shot. Great work, as usual.

Thanks Paulcraig.... exif is right there on top of the picture.

Thanks lanef...... lol... I did that in Paris in the pouring rain also!
