I've never, ever seen any version of ACDSee that didn't save every bit of EXIF information present in an original image, upon saving it after performing some edits. Granted, it might not =display= every single bit of EXIF information for every camera, if that's what's really bothering you. Otherwise, I'm just not sure what you're talking about....Did you check all EXIF data including the manufacturer specific ones? It may be ok for Canon, Nikon,... but it wasn't for Pany when I checked it.

Whenever you make changes to an image it defaults to "Save As..." so you can always save your modified version in a different folder or rename it to avoid overwriting the original. Is FastStone destructive (when you apply say contrast) or does it
keep an original around (like Picsassa)?
You're welcome, Jim.Thanks Eduardo. You may be able to tell that I am sold on this

right, I second that.Whoever is behind the scenes at FastStone please treat them with
thoughtful respect as they have already done a heck of a lot of free
work for you!
