thanks for the cc fraserj1!Very nice....you have a difference in contrast between the left and
right sides of the image, though. Correct that issue and you'll have
one to hang on the wall.
I would also clone out the little branches on the left edge.

it's the most spectacular bridge in NYC. In my heart, it goes to the
Brooklyn Bridge![]()
No there isn't anything wrong with contrast on the the right side, it looks completely natural on my calibrated monitor. The issue is on the left side where there is a lack of contrast on the walkway down to the hill at the left of the bridge. This area needs a selective contrast boost to deepen the blacks.Nothing wrong with that right side Anthony. You explained it
correctly. It's the sunset. I agree w/cloning out the leaves on the
top left though.
Looks exactly the same to me! LOL.No there isn't anything wrong with contrast on the the right side, itNothing wrong with that right side Anthony. You explained it

I've taken the liberty to provide an example. Given that all I had
as the jpg this is about the best I could do, but with a RAW file I'm
sure that you could do better.

thanks wtang!Very nice pano of the Verrazano bridge! Do you use a pano bracket?
I have a Nodal Ninja pano bracket that I still have to learn how to
useI also saw the Williamsburg bridge shots you posted
recently... also very nice. I've got to get down to that Schaefer
Landing waterfront for some shots. I actually live very close by but
never made it down there to check it out.
BTW, it's funny you mention that ships need to be built to fit under
the Verrazaon Bridge. Recently I took a cruise ship out of NYC and
when the ship went under the bridge I had to hold my breath! It
looked like the smokestack of the ship BARELY fit under the bridge!
Anyway, after I breathed I sigh of relief when the ship cleared the
bridge I snapped this photo. It wasn't taken with a Nikon so I hope
that's ok with this forum.

Warren
