You're lucky. Not everybody has cable or T3. In fact, many people use 56K analog modems over POTS telephone lines. It may not be the sites fault, but easy forum modifications would make this site a lot more enjoyable for many people.

Marcel.......you are killing yourself. Just look at the amount of time that you would have saved if you hadn't written this note. I hate to admit and I don't won't to offend you but it was just too lengthy for me to read. Fortunately, or unfortunately my attention span will not allow me to read every post. I visit this site a couple times a day but I am extremely selective with what I read.

Actually that should have no impact on bandwidth and load speeds: the image should be cached by your browser and so does not need reloading.

Also, the images have no effect on Phil's storage and bandwidth since they are all external links.
