Thank you to everyone that has replied with postive things to say-this was funny I had people saying there cell phone could do better- I wont even waste my time to respond to that but I will finally say that I think Canon is doing a great job and Indeed my pictures look alot better- I could use the practice has Im used to getting out of focus shots but I just posted another posting take 2 from brookfield zoo- Oh and one last thing I think those Teeth on her are real. Some people on this forum are wonderful and I cant thank you enough-You know who you are-

Then she's DEFINITELY having her teeth whitened.
Even just drinking tea or soft drinks every day will result in teeth that are more yellow than that.
Now, I don't think it's a bad thing to have teeth "whitened" if you've made them really really stained/yellow/etc, but going to such a STARK white seems crazy to me . . . it's soooo unnatural as to scream "I whitened my teeth". I would rather go for a more natural look.

That looks like what my version does-I did USM after I posted it-Couple months back someone ripped me for applying USM and that "thats cheating-so I didnt add it on the version I posted here

I'd try Smart-Sharpen in Photoshop.
Better yet, use Lightroom to do the conversion. I find that it gives very nice sharpening results.

Hi Andy
I wonder what your conclusion are after the upgrade of the new FW?
I have been looking through your test gallery and i find most of them being slightly soft/OOF to be honest. They surely lack that crispiness you would expect from a shot with dead on focus specially considering the 300/2,8 lens on.
Have you micro-adjusted that lens after you upgraded your FW?.
