......a swift bash to the back of the head by my wife. It doesn't
look like I will be buying a new camera this year.

Thanks.....that was one of the biggest laughs I've had in recent memory. (Of course, my memory doesn't stretch back more than a half hour or so...)

Much appreciated.....I'm bogged down in all sorts of tedious and uninteresting things. Your post has given me a real shot of levity.

You should have had the bottle of wine - and made sure that your wife had one too, then.

1. she might have agreed
2. she might have missed
3. even if she'd hit it wouldn't have hurt so bad

Or she might have used the wine bottle to hit me with. Thanks Jono, I'll
give it another try, as soon as the neck brace comes off.
