Beautiful! Good shot Morris! Great deal and DOF!

I would like to know your position on sharpening.

I applied USM in Elements 50/5/0 and found the gosling much more appealing.

Since you have had much more experience than I have I was wondering why you chose not to sharpen. I'm assuming you wanted it to look more more "cuddly".

That shot gets an A+ Morris. Not only is there good DOF, but the color compliments the color of the gosling. And the hairs are clear enough that it needs no sharpening. Thanks Morris...

Hi Morris, nice shot. I love the definition of the hair on the little fella.

Perhaps we could start a thread of sleepy animals? !!

That is such a peaceful picture Morris and I really like the colors. I showed it to my daughter earlier tonight and we are both giving it a big thumbs up!

Thank you broph,

The gosling is sharpened though not the fuzz at the edges. If this dose not look sharp to you there may be a problem with your monitor or eyes or possibly you just like things very sharp. Are artifacts or halos visible in your image?

Morris
