Challenge #11 theme will be…… " M A C R O S"
,....the crowd goes cRaZy ! ! ! ! !!!
Please read this rule carefully…
Technical Rules:
Entries into this challenge DO NOT technically need to be executed in “macro mode” on your digi camera. But the photo must portray “just as” close as a macro.
For example, my Strawberry Splash was not shot in macro but the POTD sites accepted it in the macro category because it portrayed the closeness of a macro…. “just as”.
Theme Definition:
So, the courtship is over. Time to get up close and personal. Lets see detail. Lets see texture. Lets see things that makes you wanna say wow! Lets knock Nikon off its pedistal and catapult SONY to be the new king of macros!

7) There are no limitations to creativity using any photo editing software.
8) Criticism. Challenge posters enjoy sharing their photos, and we all enjoy encouragement and compliments. However, not all may seek unrequested citicism of their photos. We want to keep the Challenge as enjoyable for all as possible. Thus, if you are a poster who seeks critical comments on how others would have done your photo differently, please place the words “Critical comments appreciated” in the caption section of the edit image page. If you would like to leave a comment, please be sure you see the above before you leave your message if your comments are of a critical nature. It is the sole discretion of the artist to keep or delete any critical comments about their own photographs.
9) Gallery integrity. Please do not change the structure of the gallery or the the order of photos after they are posted. New photos should be appended to the end of the list of existing photos. This reduces confusion and allows viewers to continue viewing where they left off. Also, please not change a photo’s title or format, unless you are the photographer who made that photo. If you are replacing an earlier posting of a photograph with a revised copy of the same photograph, please place the revised copy in the same position the original was located.
10) In all cases the decisions of the host are final in matters relating to their Challenge.
