I downloaded from official site and this was the camera message.

I went back to the Pentax download site to download again but it's not there now.

Hmmm.... I can't see K10D from the drop down menu. Did they remove it? Do you have the direct URL link to the K10D firmware page?

When I click on the link, I do not see the K10D in the list ?!?!?!?!?!??!!

I meant the zipped file.

It ends up very slightly smaller than the leaked version - 8.25 instead of 8.44

I downloaded the file and the adobe file without problem but have not installed.

Is there some sort of hitch? I'm a chicken when it comes to my $1000 investment so I will wait for developments (don't have a remote flash anyway)
