Your best shot

This is still one of my favourites (NOT cropped):

Here is my favorite. Shot in September 2005 during a whale-watch
trip near Alert Bay in British Columbia, Canada. The sun just came
through the clouds and the dolphin jumped about 1,5meter out of the
water. In a reflex I pressed the shutter and I was very happy with
the result.

If stupidity got us into this mess, why can't it get us out?

...I can honestly say I don't really rate my shots in any sort of hierarchy. I don't post stuff I don't like. And the things I do post I like for different reasons.

Here's one I like. I really don't know if it's my "best" shot. It's just one I like.

Impossible to pick a best "one" but this is probably my favorite
(today anyways LOL) I was on this railroad and as we were snaking
around the mountains i got this shot. What a view it was.
Any 'pharting' on this pic? Amazing 'greens' in it. Nice shot.
One of your best. (I thot you'd post a Nascar pic. I like those
candid people shots...)

Was this a 300D pic?

This is a real tricky question. I like a lot of my pictures for different reasons, might be a memory, might be I remember what a nightmare it was to take, or how lucky it was, or I might like the subject material too much to be objective. Anyways I chose this one because its quirky, taken with the 400d on its first proper outing and I think goats are the animals with the best satirical sense of humour. How they can eat unusual things in that stereo-typically goatish fashion and keep a straight face throughout is beyond me!!
