Hello Everyone,

Took these yesterday at the Phoenix Zoo. These male Cheetahs are brothers and are just over two years old. They arrived at the Zoo about three months ago and they are welcome additions.

They are beautiful animals and I hope you enjoy these.

Comments/suggestions are welcome.

Regards,

harveyf

Shot with a Canon 20D + Canon 100 - 400mm L IS lens.

Man-great shots! I feel privileged to have commented on them first. You really captured some personality. The first one is amazing-same expressin. Hah! If I had a complaint it would be a couple of extranious distractions in the third but they are great. In fact i never ask this but what equipment were you using and what kind of post processing did you do?

You know Harvey, there is some irony to the fact that your cheetahs, out in the desert as you are, are in grass, while our cheetahs here in Philadelphia, are in a pretty barren, desert-like environment.

I think your guys have it better, frankly. Nice pictures, too.

Thanks Morris,

These animals are fast but so far I have not seen them move fast.

I'm hoping one of these days I can get them when they are running.

They have only been here a couple of months and so far they seem content to lay around and relax/sleep alot.

Best regards,

harveyf
The second is my faverate Harvey. Last weekend we saw a Cheta take
a crow that was foolish enough to land in it's enclosure. They are
very fast!
