Barns are great subjects for the camera. Here is an effort made during a Photoshop class at the local community college about 1 1/2 years ago. Both barns are in the White Mountains of Arizona. I believe the barn on the right was taken with my old Olympus E-20, but the barn on the left was probably taken with my D70.

The barn on the right was torn down shortly after the picture was taken, so there is no chance to re-do with a Nikon. The one on the left is still there, barely. It turns out that people (without the owners consent) are removing boards from it to make something out of the old barn wood. Too bad, an old landmark disappearing before our eyes.

The Olympus was great, but I am now enjoying the D70, a D2H, 17-55, 70-200VR, 85 1.4, 50 1.4 and a couple of older zooms that I used on Nikon film cameras in the past.

The collage is an early effort, I should probably try it again using what I have learned about Photoshop and masking during the last year and a half.
