On that 1st photo, I think the land mass is the Farallones rising
up behind the bridge but we are talking a lot of miles....26 from
SF and I was in the Berkeley Hills. Possible??

Alan, check out the first photo in this post...see above ;-)) Not good resolution but those are the Farallones and they are about 40!!!!!miles away!!!!!really good resolution, but it sure will bring it closer.
You'll have to try it.
