OT - Whatever happened to B&H's site!?!

Several of us have tried just that---I tried on My Cart about 20 times--nothing--I have B & H open as we speak and have tried it numerous times out of curiosity--and it just won't do anything out of the ordinary. I just tried your suggestion 20 times--still nothing. Its not doing it for everyone. I'm closing it and going about my business. BTW--is it giving you the whole CC number? There have been a number of CC companies hacked--certainly could happen to B & H too I suppose--or their web person has screwed up. I don't remember the Brazilian button before--but usually I don't look down there. Who knows--but they'll certainly find out soon enough.

I am using Firefox and I am seeing the same stuff, everyones past orders - names addresses, shipping and billing info, tracking info etc. I hope nobody gets to see any of the stuff I have ordered from them:( At least the credit card numbers appear to be safe e.g. Master Card xxxxxxxxxxxx-2865

The amount of negative reviews pretty clearly seems to be the result of a good store doing lots of volume.

Its also because B&H Photo fights all negative reviews and has gotten a good number of the negative reviews removed, I know they fought a negative review of mine a couple of years ago and were able to get it removed, that is when I lost all faith in Resellers.com to be a good source of information about a business.

And from this experience you purport to know about what happens to 'a good number' of reviews? And we're supposed to take your word for it, when you've apparently created a new account here with the sole purpose of bashing B&H? Seems a little fishy to me.

I definitely see something wacky there. I first went to the shopping cart and it gave me a page in Spanish/Portugese.

Then I hit "English" and got back to main page with "log off" visible. I had never logged in.

I hit the cart and see an order placed for some type of camera. Hopefully they are working on a bilingual site and doing their own testing. Personally though, I wouldn't place an order or give my own personal information till I know it's clean.

Access to many personal accounts with addresses, email, phone numbers etc. Now that I think of it we probably shouldn't even be talking about it. :(

We should just notify B&H.

I order quite often from them and have to admit this has me questioning their security

Been trying for 10 minutes every which way. I get nothing but an empty cart.

Hi,

I was able to pull some one else's information using the shopping cart as I enter into the B&H site (without logging with my id) and this happened in FireFox browser. But, when I opened the site with IE6, I couldn't find any. How many of you are using FireFox browser who can pull some pther's informaion? May be the browser is the reason who can pull or who can not. Also, FireFox switches between English and Spanish where as IE6 stayed with English all the time.
 
I'm seeing other peoples shopping carts, Spanish pages, shipping records with addresses and many other personal details. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!
