I have a book which must be way out of print now. I bought when I was just 18 and it was published in 1963, I've been a fan for many years its called "Henri Cartier-Bresson. Fotografie "

The best I found on the web is the site i mentioned above, they have lots of examples of his pictures and details of some recent publications

Well... I think it is!

I've been away in Turkish Cyprus for the past week and had my camera with me literally every moment of the day for seven days. (I went there to take pictures, not sightsee

. Out of hundreds and hundreds of photos, only a few come even close to what I think you're looking for (and I'm not even sure on those).

I had one other that amused me of a big street dog and someone's puppy's first encounter -- friend-or-foe sort of thing -- but after going thru all the instructions and suggestions, I came to the conclusion that it's lacking at least one of the elements, even though it was definitely a decisive moment for them

(see below).

In any case, even if I had gotten more appropriate pics, I used my D70 exclusively while on Cyprus so wouldn't have had any Eligible pics, anyway.

Very challenging, instructive Challenge, though, I must say!

Was that Danny's photo Of the Girl On the Bus???

That was an exceptional image (actually my favorite so far!!!). I personally thought it fit the theme nicely.

Re-post that photo Danny! You had my 4 votes with that one!

Also, Andy Williams.........why did you pull your San Francisco shot? That was a good one!
