I have been given part number FLCBo5 as an off camera shoe cord. Does that sound correct?

Anyone?

FLCB05 is correct for the off camera shoe cord.
I have no clue about the Metz.

Hi Sam,

You are correct that the SCA3202 M3 is the adapter for the Metz flash on the E1. This adapter has only just been released and I have been trying to track it down in the US. I have e-mailed the distributors but so far have had no replies.

If you can track down a supplier then please post it here as I am desperate for one of these adapters also.

Andy.

I brought my SCA 3202 M2 to the Metz service in Barcelona and after TWO weeks they upgraded the firmware to M3 for the price of 15 € which was a surprise since I thought that it would be free.

I haven't test it throughly but I don't think it works much better than the SCA 301 that I was using in A mode (flash) while the sca3202 was in the shop.
You are also correct about the cable.

Bogen imaging, the US distributor wrote me that it was available in the US a short while ago. I can not find it anywhere however, so am awaiting a followup reply from Bogen's technical dept.

Address to this gent:---- [email protected] He is the technical honcho of the US distributor for Metz. But I think Metz is behindhand in getting its adapters out there, for some reason. I mean Photokina was months ago...Bogen site does not mention the M3 version, why buy a pig in a poke...I will invest in a system that is updated in relative real time. But one can use Metz in auto mode too, and that is allegedly not so half bad....
