thx all for your replies. It's an American Stafford and she is 2 months old. The shot is taken when she was finally tired, and was resting on our couch. When i saw the soft light of the window on the couch i couldn't resist taking this picture

And yes, i love this lens. All Nikkors should be like this one !!!! price also ;-)

Nope i didnt use any flash. The light was the natural light falling true the windows.

Yes the Nikkor 50mm is wonderful, its the first lense I got when I purchased my D100 2 weeks ago..... I love being able to take photos in almost any low lighting situation, preserving the mood..
