I always shot raw, and normally spend less than 1 minute to process a picture in Capture One.
Agreed. It rarely takes me more than a few seconds to process and output most images. I do sometimes take longer, but that is by choice, and only when I am being overly critical, or simply want to play with an image. Either way, I always get as good, and usually better images that I can with a jpeg out of the camera. It is especially true when it comes to getting detail from highlight areas, or shadow areas. I use Lightroom, on my Mac, and RAW Therapee on my Linux tablet.
The difficulty and time spent processing RAW images is greatly over exaggerated by many.
