Hopefully some unusual enough

Realized by 6/6 the smoke was pretty bad in NYC ... I don't sit near the window so didn't realize how bad it was until around 7pm when the dim orange light made me feel it was after 8pm and close to sunset .. waited a few more minutes and decided to go take the 7 train to a stop where I could a bit of the skyline (though not as nice as it once was due to the many tall buildings built since ( ) ..

It was getting much less orangey but still smokey

Then a 7 express train went by with passengers ..... in and on the train

Then got on the 7 to Queensboro Plaza station so I could get a free transfer to the train heading back

As I approached Queensboro Plaza .. regular train tracks .. many built recently esp those under lights

The next day it got dark and orangey again but much earlier in the afternoon ..

then decided to take a trip to Roosevelt Island and catch the smoke from the tramway ... Again the orangey color was almost gone by the time I got there :( such luck !!!

Guess I've never heard of a tree-climbing dog. So, David, definitely unusual. I've seen pictures of goats standing on tree branches, I believe somewhere in Africa, and that was unusual.

David's Balú-dog. They are either deaf or Baloo has selective hearing.

It being my weekly turn to "walk the water," I've only a dream to go fishing. Have you ever drowned your fishing worms in tobacco juice?

All good, thank you David. And Erik is brilliant and here is a recent pic of Eszti, who will be 14 in a couple of weeks. I love seeing her/them having fun.
