Well might as well revisit a few older shots and tweak them a little since we are in lockdown. Never mind.

All with the Oly's and Canon FD 500 F/4.5L

All the best folks and just keeping busy one way or the other. Some fairly old shots in there from the Oly EM10

I can always justify a need, but I can never justify a want.

lovely shots chap, always good to go through older shots every now and then, it's amazing how good software is these days and it can really boost older cameras.....or antiques in my case

Stunning shots as usual. Was afraid we lost you from posting here for a moment. This this is happy news. :-)

Oh if I only had the patience, the skills and made the time ….

…. But why do all this when Danny can do it for me :)

I admit to being super slack, I may not have the necessary skills either.

right back at you Danny ;)

great variety, great details and sharpness. always a pleasure.

Amazing shots Danny! Really great skills

And take care my friend.
:-) How are you Richard, haven't seen you around for a long time. Stay safe up there in AKLD ;-) Times are crazy mate.

Danny.

I'm great!! Haven't left my house for 11 days. haha sounds like i will be trapped at home for 2 more weeks at least but hopefully not much longer.

oh I am around! I check DPreview and the forums at least once or twice usually. Just haven't post much on this m43 forum but i read a lot

Stunningly sharp images, wonderful. Being an adapted FD lens I reckon those are all manually focussed, right?

Stunning shots!

Care to explain a bit about your technique?

Thanks Mike.

Thanks for that. Yes around 35 years old, so well before AF.

All the best Bass and thanks again.

Danny.

Thanks for pointing out that thread, Danny. What a GREAT reading!! (and obviously in return: what a great writing!)

very nice captures!

and people don't realize that progressing rawdeveloper applications can improve files in output.

i think running 10 year old raws through dxoPL elite's deeprpime and optical module would refresh them very well.

denoising and sharpening goes hand in hand so if a image is optical in focus the noise is mostly the bugger who's lowering the viewability of an image the most and that is progressing the most in a lot of developer applications. Simple rerun does great job and as bonus your editskills should be improved also during time so double win... :-)

A good way to spend time in lockdown. Well done.
