A walk with the LX7

Recently, I made a walk in order to explore the city for an upcoming photo-walk I'm organizing. As I wanted to move lightly, took the LX7. Such a nice little camera :-)

The verticals in your images lean right about 1-2º.

This is a common problem caused by the camera tilting when the shutter button (on the right) is pressed.

It is a good idea to place the whole thumb along the bottom of the camera to brace the camera against this pressure, and sort of squeeze the camera between the base of the thumb and the shutter finger.

Your shot of the "Monet Bridge" is lovely and could be easily straightened.

Turns out it was only 1º clockwise: not too noticeable, but on a ocean horizon it would "jump out of the page" at you.
