Hi,

These photos were taken at a historical weekend at Vorden, Holland in july this year.
This man is re-enacting as a member of the "Dutch 27th Jäger" who fought at Waterloo against Napoleon.
I think he is a brave man, seeing the sparks flying around his face while firing his musket. ;-)

Hi Gary,

Very nice. I wish we had some of that beautiful scenery here in Holland.
Maybe the photo could benefit from a bit less sky and a bit more foreground. Placing the horizon a bit higher, but that's just my two cents.

There are many Peters on this site, but if I'm referred to I think the tree is fantastic; however, I would crop out the disturbing out of focus blob at the top. This would also get rid of the white areas at the top, something like this
