These were all shot with E-M5 and 12-50mm kit lens. I left JPEGS at default, and I find upon looking at them at pixel level, I need to adjust, as I find them a bit too crispy. Anyway, processed JPEGS in Photomatix Pro. I will fool with the RAW files when LR supports them. I am still pretty happy with the output, but thankful I can still go back and tweak them.

Your "originals" are 1000×750. WOW! That's a whole 0.75MP!
I thought EM-5 was a 16MP camera!

I think these are a great set of photos. I particularly like the fact that you haven't over processed them. I find some HDR photos too cartoon like for my tastes. Can't wait for my OMD 5 to arrive!

Are you kidding? What a dopey response. The DPR galleries tag the image as (original) not me.

Very nice images. Back when cars had "faces".

I like your work both as photography in general and what you choose to snap

I just love these old mechanical machines blending in with nature

Really splendid work

Why did you have to quote his whole post merely to make a comment like that? Don't you know how to Reply instead of Quote? Irony abounds.

Nice photos. Looks like you didn't have great lighting to work with. I like how the HDR isn't overcooked too. You probably could have done these using the shadow/highlight feature and saved yourself some time - I think that's why it's there. To increase dynamic range (if artificially) and get over the fact there isn't a native HDR filter.

These look very natural--I like them.

Did you use a tripod, or just hand-hold and let Photomatrix line them up? Also, you just shooting +2,0,-2 using the AEB?

Is it ok if I quote? :D
Why would you or anyone else post huge original files?

Maybe because people are interested in this camera? Maybe they would like to pixel peep. You can't tell anything about image quality of this camera when looking at web size/postage stamp size photos. Any P/S camera photo at that size looks good.

EDIT

BTW, your photos are great regardless of size. :)
ok here is reply , no quote
don't you know how to post originals?! WTF!

I wasn't aware that I or anyone else had to post to satisfy your needs.

was that one shot with the 12-50?

I enjoyed them very much! thanks for posting.

Yes, the last was with the 12-50mm. The 7mm shot of the truck was done with a borrowed 7-14mm. We were the only two on the trip shooting m4/3.

I did five exposures, 1 EV apart and then processed in PhotoMatix.
To gain what, they dont look like hdr, a std image as mentioned above will provide same results, you combined 5 images to get to the same end point as 1 image?

How about a bit larger too, I'd like to see some higher res OMD images, anybody actually post full size images?
