I bought my first digital camera from them, a Casio 3000. They delivered as promised. No problems with the transaction or service.

Bought my 995 from them last Christmas then a camcorder in January... Delivered and invoiced as promised.

In the past two years we have gotten 4 cameras from them, all with good results.
Their prices are very competitive, but shipping seems excessive at times.

The only complaint I have is that communications with them is sometimes slow. They did not try to sell us accessories on any of the four transactions.

I'm considering another new camera & will definitely use them again if they are in the ballpark with other vendors.

Yes, I bought my 995 there and a 5-yr Mack warranty. Service was excellent. Didn't buy anything else they wanted to sell me. I thought the shipping charges were high, and they lowered them. Not many places do that.
