Can't find timer delay settings on 5700

I earlier set the timer delay to 10s, now I want to reset it to 3s. Can't find it in the menu, glossary or anywhere in the manual. Please Help!

If it is anything like the 5000 then it works like this.

Turn timer on. Press shutter once and it is set for 10 seconds. Press it a second time and it is reduced to 3 seconds. Press it again and it stops the timer, but the timer icon is still set and ready to use.

To reduce timer to 3s press shutter release twice in succession. Defaults back to 10s each time.
