It is a nude statue in a niche. This is my intrepretation of the work. It did require a couple of layers to bring the profile out of the background while preserving the background texture. FWIW it won a medal in a photo contest last night at a camera club. I'lll put a photo of the full statue in the next thread.

Well, that tells me that you are either picking the wrong photos for the club or, more likely, the international community has more taste and class!
