I was eagerly watching for this moment to come.

Actually, it may be gone in a few days. But sure thing is that the A900 made a HUGE impact on dpreview community. Like never before. So Sony might have the tools for their claimed #2 position.

Of course not but it indicates a lot of potential interest. The A900 is the best deal on a FF camera by far.
