I was 'out and about in my automobile', top down, lousy mid day sun, too breezy for flowers, but, I hit the brakes, doubled back, and got some nice colors at least

A small garden within a park here in Plainfield, NJ. It was an awesome garden when my neighbor was head of the Garden Club, she died last year at 91, a great lady.

The scientific names are: Purple; White; Yellow; Blue; Pink;, mixed......

Great shots Elliott

Subjects and colours are fantastic.

Awesome work as usual.

Top down?

What type of convertible?

Thanks Bill and Ric,

I like the colors, but find them dull from lack of shadows. Glad I went back, even though conditions were not great, it's been quite gray since. Also, it is not in prime shape, I always compare it to what it was when Barbara ran the garden club. Different days, different economy then.

I posted flowers a long time ago from this garden, when rx100 was new, can't find the post.

Bill,

I don't much care for daffodils, that one seemed nice, it was the small yellow flowers below that made me take the shot.

Ric,

Sebring Convertible, 2006, last year of the original design, only affordable one with a very nice wide and sloped back seat, with rear leg room too.

Has a nice big trunk as well. It was specifically designed to fit a compact wheelchair, which it did for 10 years when I drove my Father In Law here and there.

2007, they added an automatic metal boot cover, which ruined the back seat, they changed the slope to upright to fit the cover, and took a hunk of the trunk.

Now, they discontinued the Sebring, have the model 200, and it has two of the dumbest convertibles ever made. (soft and hard top) I doubt you have or will ever see one, I went to test drive one, looked at the trunk of the soft top, became Dazed and Confuzed, laughed, and walked away. Absurd.

I have had 3 Sebrings, 1998, 2002, 2006. Early ones had noisy 4 cyl, the added 6 cyl in 1998. I'm keeping the 2006 until either I die or it does, preferably it

Other than that, you have mistaken me for someone who has an opinion about Sebrings.

at least put Thanks Bill and Ric, in the subject line..Sheesh ;-(

If I was down there in Plainfield I'd give you a Spanking!
