Does anyone own both Nikon and Canon DSLRs currently?

Do you find much of a difference between them?

YES.picked up a used 1DMK2N(8.2mp) for a real good price and had it tuned up by canon..new skin, cleaned.lubed and calibrated..fantastic camera...love it,in my experience canon by default has warmer more vivid colors ..nikons tend to be be more neutral somewhat flat compared to canon..but appear to be more representative of the scene captured... i use the neutral color profile on my canon, from a nikon user point of view..the canon controls are COMPLETELY opposite of nikons..even the lenses zoom and focus in different directions.nikon zoom lenses go from wide to telephoto to the left..canon to the right, almost every button on my nikons move in diff.direction than my canon when making changes to settings..im getting used to the canon and find that i can access most controls with one hand while i need two hands with niikon.."press with one hand,"spin with the other...not a deal breaker.image quality not a factor any more..canon DID have an advantage in overall iq over nikon until the ground breaking D3/D300 releases.at this point in time iq wise they are equal..naturally i prefer nikons as i'm more familiar/comfortable using them for almost 30 years.canon is great too

I'm sure some do, but it's not very conducive owning both systems if you aren't doing different things with the different cameras. I.e., you might want to have the 5DmIII for work, and the the D7100 for play; but having a 7D and D7100 works at cross purposes...They're both equally capable systems, but the ergonomics and work-flow are different. It's not practical to use one to back up one with the other, since your operation and frame of mind change.

I had the D7000 and 60D. They were both good cameras. The D7000 felt better in hand. It was more nice. I sold the D7000 and kept the 60D(I won't write a long paragraph explaining why cause this was not the OP's question). There's not much difference in photo quality. Don't let DXOmark fool ya.

I find the ergonomics of the 60D approximaely 100x better than the Nikon D5100, which means more to me than the output differences (I feel Nikon has the edge in output but the menu-diving to change settings is for kids).

Top oldschool LCD is 'win' on the Canon.

Direct-access buttons are 'win' on the Canon.

I do prefer the output on the Nikon though. And the on/off switch on the Nikon. Aside from that, the Canon is so much more enjoyable to use.

I own and use both. They both have advantages, but I do prefer the control layout and menu system on the Canon. Everything from mounting the lens to reading the exposure meter seems to go in the wrong direction on the Nikon. In the mid size and larger bodies, the Canon also fits my hand better. On the lower end cameras the Nikon feels better in my hand and they have more interesting entry level lenses to me than Canon.
