Workspace problem

Hello fellow photographers

After updating my Apple studio to the newest OS [ 14.4.1 ] I am not able to use work space to update my cameras as it doesn't recognize them as before it did. Workspace support was of no use. They just emailed me instructions that don't work and I contacted Apple support and they basically said it's not their problem.

What I do have is a page that comes down in workspace that tells me " security and privacy settings in the system environment settings is blocked " .

Workspace is usable, but I'm not able to update my cameras and lenses so that is indeed a problem, my question for the forum is, does anyone else have this problem or understand it ?

I don't have a Mac but suspect you may have to update Workspace.

I'm using Ver 2.3 and Workspace tells me that is the latest version. If your version isn't 2.3 you might want to try to update it to the latest and if it won't update then you may have to uninstall what you have and download and install the latest version.
