Within C1 for the Rebel, copy files from camera to PC does not work

In the simplified C1 workflow it is stated:

1. Copy the RAW files (captures) from the CF card to a hard drive folder. This can be done in Windows Explorer or within Capture One.

When I connect the camera to the PC and then open the Explorer, I can see and access the files in the camera, but within C1, I can only see the camera, but I cannot see or access the files. Where is the problem? Thanks!

It may be that we have not implimemted the tethered operation for the D300 yet. I would suggest using the Windows Explorer, or Breeze Downloader, both with a crad reader. I do not think it wise to use your $1000 camera as a card reader. It is slow and there is too much risk to the cameras.

A USM 2.0 card reader is cheap and faster and a wise investment.
