Trigger problem: Godox V860iiiN and x2Tn trigger

I have a Godox x2tn trigger I had used with a Godox tt685n flash. The Flash broke, so I bought a Godox V860iiin flash. However, I cannot quite get the trigger to work with the flash. The closest I have come is that when I fire the trigger, the flash message and mode change, but the flash does not fire. So clearly the flash is receiving a signal from the trigger, but instead of firing, it goes into some other mode! I've been at this for a few hours now and am getting very frustrated. Any ideas? Try doing a factory reset of the trigger and the flash.

If that doesn't work pleas post photograps of the screens.
