There is more integration of the newest Canon hybrid cameras and Canon's new cinema line of cameras.
The new cameras use Cinema EOS terminology for the menu system and, more importantly, the video codecs are different: XF-AVC S and XF-HEVC S, first introduced in the Canon cinema C400.
The cameras with the new video system are: the EOS R5 Mark II, EOS R50 V, EOS C80 and EOS C400. Note even the cheap R50 V has the cinema menu and specs for video.
The cameras with the older video system: EOS R5, EOS R6 Mark II, EOS R5 C and EOS R7.
I have not yet found information on how the new video codecs are superior to the older ones. I do find the "Cinema EOS" video menu system confusing, but it does offer much more options and flexibility.
