It's up to you to add yours, with the expression "First"

First affordable camera with sensor shift hi res mode: Olympus's OM-D E-M5 II 2015

2008: Sony A900, first(I think) FF camera at $3kusd price point

2009: Sony A850, first FF camera at the $2Kusd price point

2010: Pentax 645D, at $10Kusd the first "affordable" digital medium format camera that didn't cost as much as a house.

2014: Pentax 645Z, first digital medium format camera below $10Kusd ($8500.00usd), and not far off the top end FF cameras in price at the time.

I think that the firtst Full Frame DSLR was the Contax N1. It was announced in 2000 but came out in 2002 just ahead of the Canon. Oddly Pentax had announced it was working on one in the meantime but then cancelled.

You're right, following Canon's announcement of the EOS-1Ds, Contax finally released its Contax Digital N, a hasty exit to be the first. And it was surely the worst failure of the DSLRs and the end for Contax. The 6 MP sensor manufactured by Phillips was not up to the task, and that's why Pentax has canceled the release of its model based on the same sensor.
