Strange problem with Picture Control Utility

We say a problem that happens with Control Picture Utlity from a couple of days ago. At the opening since Capture NX actually opens (is in the taskbar) but the window does not appear.
He sought a solution with Google but nothing found.
If I can help you appreciate it.
Thank you.
 
Could someone with a good command of Spanish help Vicente to better explain the problem please?

Try re-installing CaptureNX, such problems are often due to to a partly failed installation or a corrupted file.

Open a NEF file in version 1.3.x, expand Camera Adjustments tab under Base Adjustments then expand Picture Control tab. Picture Control should open, if you used a NEF file from a camera that does not support Picture Control you will see Camera Settings parameters in the Picture Control window. Click the pull down menu at top of Dialog Box and select 'Picture Control'

No con CaptureNX, a mi me pasa con el Picture control utility del ViewNX.

Creo que sucede desde que windows arregló lo de las ventanas emergentes hace unos días.

Tengo abierto un incidente con Nikon Europe, el 080521-001146, pero como de costumbre si contestan, lo harán cuando les plazca.
Es un cachondeo.

A mi me ha pasado de pronto.

Hace dos días funcionaba bien y ahora ya no se ve la ventana del Picture Control Utility. Y lo extraño es que yo no he modificado nada y que sólo ocurre con este programa.

De todas formas voy a investigar lo que dices del Windows y las ventanas emergentes.

That's the problem, PCU does NOT maximize its window, in my case with ViewNX, in his case with CaprureNX.
I think since windows Vista arranged the pop-ups problem.

Windows XP is the preferred operating system for running Capture NX.

With Capture and also the rest of soft.

I have both in two HPs, the XP had not the Pop-up problem at all, that's why the Vista's Picture Control utility does not work.

No necesitas cargarlo desde Capture NX o View NX, hazlo desde:

C:\Archivos de programa\Archivos comunes\Nikon\Picture Control Utility\PictureControlUtil.exe

o creando un icono para ello, como hago yo.

Ya lo he intentado y la ventana sigue sin verse en pantalla.
Es la cosa más rara que he visto.
