Source for X-Sync cap replacements?

Anyone know where to get these at a sensible price? I've been googling and amazoning and ebaying like mad looking for a source for replacement x-sync/PC caps since I have lost them for both my cameras and I want to sell one with the cap and hot shoe cover in place. I've seen reference to buying them by the bag but all I've found so far are sellers looking for anything from $15 CAD per item. Plus delivery! OK, I know that's only about 35¢ US but that's a ridiculous cost.
