Sony a7c II - display of the icons issue

Hi folks, this camera is new for me, but somehow I have managed to switch to such a default display:





If I press the shutter button halfway, then it shows correct icons of the settings I have set up for the selected display, but when no button is pressed, it goes to this default Fn menu.

Any help on how to deactivate it, please?

You are supposed to be able to turn this option on and off by swiping left and right with touch enabled for the screen, but I find it easy to turn on and hard to turn off - so if you go to the yellow setup menu, touch operation, touch panel settings and the menu option is shooting screen on/off
