Pocket Wizard II as trigger

Does anyone know, if it possible to use the old Pocket Wizard II to trigger the shutter on Sony A7/A9/A1 (in my case A7 IV)?
I have previously used then, via a cable, on the Sony A77/99/99II.

I purchased the previous version of this in 2014 for my a65 and it still works just fine on my a7Riii.
