Photoshop Beta Actions Fail.

I loaded Photoshop Beta for the first time in a long time. The Beta won't play many of my private actions. Not all, but most. Even simple ones do nothing. Is there a trick, or some compatibility issue?

Example: An old action does a "Stamp Visible" with just two steps, (1) Make Layer + (2) Merge Visible with Duplicate. That's the old "claw" move (Ctrl-Shift-Alt-E.). Under Beta the old action does nothing, no error msg. If I re-record the action in Beta it works OK, and looks identical to the old action.

The custom actions I rely on all transfer with every Beta update. For the most part the Beta is just as stable or not as the non-beta (which is sort of a perpetual beta for which we are all paying to be testers).

In any even you have found a solution. Save the actions from non-beta PS, delete the actions in the Beta: all fixed?

Don't use the Beta except to look at some new gee whiz feature, whether it works or not, like reflection removal?

Lo and Behold, Adobe gave an update to Photoshop Beta and this "Actions" problem went away. Ignore.
