Once again, he OM-1 came through in a way that many naysayers would say is not possible with a M43 sensor.

Here are two composites I made of the recent eclipse. They were assembled using Affinity Photo for iPad. The base landscape photo was made with a OM-1 on HiRes Tripod mode with the 8-25mm/4 PRO at 8mm. It was shot earlier the same evening, just outside the city of Guelph, Ontario. The Moon shots were added with the 100-400mm at 400mm. All files were processed in Lightroom with each of the Moon photos prepped in Affinity Photo to remove the background sky, before being added.
I’ve written a blog article describing the trials and tribulations of the process.

I would been over the moon to have been able to capture this frantastic photograph.

Photography after all is interplay of light alongside perspective.

A very nice result! Taken not that far from where I live, perhaps a bit more than an hour's drive. Well I was warm in bed sleeping I guess. It seems sleep may be over rated!

Thanks for providing such a great write up on how you did that.
