Quick question. I am beginning to customise my GFX 100s ii. I use a few different cameras, and I cant always recall which functions I have assigned to each custom mode on the GFX 100s ii.

Is there an easy way to display the NAMES I have assigned to each custom mode so that I can readily refer to them ?

eg rather than seeing C1, C2 etc, would be nice to see 'tripod', tracking etc on the names of the custom modes

Thank you for asking exactly the same question as me !

As yet I know of no solution other than to press Q and quickly again with a long press until Custom function manager displays. Here you can see what each one is and edit them if necessary. I have my custom functions set so that they do not embrace changes made during normal use and on shutdown. I use this Edit function , which will display a red marker against any changes made in usage, to adapt my settings.

What I would like is a message across the screen saying C1 Tripod Use IS off and EFC, or C2 Car Tracking , ISO 400 , 500sec, Mechanical Shutter 7 FPS . etc.

This may sound very old fashioned, but I use 2"x3'' laminated cheat cards that i can keep in my bag or pocket.

You can rename them as you like.

"To rename a custom mode (C1-C7), you need to go to the "IMAGE QUALITY SETTING" tab in the shooting menu, then navigate to "EDIT/SAVE CUSTOM SETTING", and then select the desired custom mode and choose "EDIT CUSTOM NAME". You can then enter a new name for the custom mode and select "SET" to save the changes. "

Yeah, thanks ,I get that. What I want to be able to see, easily, is a list of the names when I am choosing the custom mode on the dial, eg how can you display the names on either of the two LCDs
